    I have irregular periods so I didn't saw my period for more than a month . I bought it with a pearl and a steam , i started taking it the day I got it and the pearl the other day. After the completion of the first pearl that was my period .The inositol made my tummy feel different I don't feel bloated or anything . And I sleep so well at nights.

    Trust me I was skeptical at first because I want to come off birth control completely but my "period" wouldn't stop when I'm off but I chance it and pair the inositol with magnesium and let me tell you!!!!!!!! I had a regular period no pain, no bloating no form of PMS. All I know I'm hooked because I found something that works to manage my insulin levels and I can have an actual period. Thank you. I appreciate you.

    These capsules really work wonders, I would sometimes wake up in the middle of the night feeling restless and having difficulties getting back to bed. But now I sleep right throughout the night and feel so refreshed. I also see major improvement with my blood sugar being more stable.
